Never recieved my delivery
Best desserts place, never disappointed

Ordered at 8pm with what said online would be a 40 min delivery time. Called the shop twice at 9pm and no one answered. Finally at 910pm someone answered and was told it had just been handed over to delivery driver. Called back at 930pm asking them to cancel and refund me as had still not been delivered. 1 hour and 30 mins for two waffles. Was told can’t refund or cancel order and would get store manager to call me next week as on holiday. Waffles were delivered at 935pm from ordering at 8pm.

Everything was great apart from the mint whippy cup, 3rd time we have ordered and the aero balls not added to the cup. Won’t be requesting again
Ordered roughly 0745 ish Notified delivery on way at 2022 hours food arrived at 2105, waffle usually comes warm with the chocolate having melted , not today chocolate and waffle both very cold, disappointing
