The strawberry sundae was very basic , the ice cream basket was even more basic , the dime bar ice cream had absolutely nothing in it apart from the plain ice cream , the mint had about 3 choc chips in it , definitely not worth £5.95 , the chocolate fudge sundae was melted by the time it was delivered , we ordered here for a wee change but won’t be back

I can't explain why, but there are some issues with your orders. At first, I just ordered waffles/crepes with whipped cream and I always got ice cream instead. Then, I started writing explicitly on the comments section that I want whipped cream and not ice cream. I still continued to get ice cream! I even tried to capitalize my comments to make it more 'noticeable', but that did not work either! As you can clearly see my notes for my last order (with a minor typo!): "Please nake sure to put two whipper creams and not ice creams! Thanks!" Guess what? I still received two ice creams! Are you intentionally trolling me or what is happening here?

Although I thoroughly enjoyed the desserts there was a mistake with my order....I ordered the coconut & raspberry brownie received a pecan & caramel instead. Just as well I like those ones haha 😄

Food was fresh and tasted great

Delivered at 11.20pm and when it came it was cold, chewy and not edible!! Have been in touch with the restaurant no refund these are only available for collection orders only pretty disgusted at the service we have received. We got a free ice cream to apologise, unfortunately that doesn't make up for the food being not edible...... been a customer for a while, unfortunately won't be back after that poor service.

Ordered food to be delivered at 21.40 order turned up 1 hour before milk shake was not very orange flavoured and the crepe was all over the box like. This is not the first delivery form yourself that’s been poor

I will not be ordering again. The ice creams that I ordered had melted by the time they were delivered by two young girls on foot. Had ordered previously and they were delivered by vehicle. I literally live just across the road, but because I am a disabled pensioner I paid the £3 delivery fee. I phoned the shop twice and was given excuses both times. I won’t be wasting my money again !!!!!!!!

Items had missing components, items changed without altering the price I paid, and delivery took over 1 hour and 20 mins. Overall disappointing today

delivery took a bit long (just over an hour) but the order was correct, still frozen and tasted really good

I ordered a kinder bueno waffle which had very little topping. It used to be much more loaded, instead on this occasion I could barely taste the toppings.

Unfortunately the cakes were delivered still frozen, so we haven’t been able to eat them. The milkshake was really tasty though.

Second order, the sundaes are lovely and always come quicker than the estimated delivery time.

We have tried all the local desert shops and been disappointed every time with food quality and quantity for the price. This place is the best. Gorgeous cheesecake and hot cookie and well worth this price with the portion size.

Food arrived before delivery time, waffle was still hot when arrived. We were really happy with the service from start to finish
